1. The service
DreDoesMaths provides 1-to-1 online Maths tuition via video call, covering KS2, KS3, GCSE and A-Level Maths. Lessons are delivered by Andre, an Economics undergraduate at the University of Exeter.
2. Accounts
A parent or guardian creates the primary account and manages one or more student profiles. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
3. Booking and credits
Lessons are booked using lesson credits. One credit equals one 60-minute lesson. Credits can be purchased individually or in blocks (5-hour and 10-hour packages include discounts). Credits do not expire.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Hourly rates are based on the student's tuition stage: KS2 £20/hr, KS3 £22/hr, GCSE £25/hr, A-Level £30/hr. Block discounts apply at the advertised rates.
5. Lessons
Lessons are 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed and are conducted online via video call. A parent or guardian is welcome to be nearby during lessons, particularly for younger students.

7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
