Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancelling a lesson
You can cancel a booked lesson through your account. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the lesson start time, your lesson credit will be returned to your account in full.
Late cancellations
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the lesson start time, the lesson credit will not be returned, as that time has been reserved for your child and cannot be offered to another student.
Rescheduling
To reschedule, cancel the existing booking and book a new time slot. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your credit will be returned and can be used for the new booking.
No-shows
If a student does not join the lesson and no cancellation was made, the lesson credit will not be returned.
If Andre needs to cancel
If Andre needs to cancel a lesson, your credit will be returned in full and you will be offered the opportunity to rebook at a convenient time.
